Una mejor accesibilidad a la bater\u00eda, hidr\u00e1ulica, u otros componentes internos son tambi\u00e9n una parte importante de la nueva serie,. Adem\u00e1s, un nuevo sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n impide ahora casi por completo las entrada de part\u00edculas finas de nieve .<br \/>\nLas barredoras a chorro TJS y TJS-C han sido dise\u00f1adas para limpiar de nieve las pistas de despegue y de rodaje de los aeropuertos. Se caracterizan por su gran anchura de limpieza de, su elevada velocidad de funcionamiento y excelente maniobrabilidad.<\/p>\n<h3>Limpieza combinada<\/h3>\n<p>Las barredoras a chorro limpian las zonas de servicio del aeropuerto en tres pasos. En primer lugar, la cuchilla quitanieves amontona la nieve a un lado. A continuaci\u00f3n, el cepillo giratorio barre la nieve y el hielo que queda a un lado. Por \u00faltimo, la turbina de nieve accionada hidr\u00e1ulicamente genera un flujo de aire intenso con una velocidad aproximada de flujo de 125 m\/s. Este chorro se emite directamente sobre el suelo delante de las ruedas del veh\u00edculo posterior para soplar hacia un lado la nieve restante y el l\u00edquido con alta presi\u00f3n. Las barredoras de chorro alcanzan una velocidad m\u00e1xima de limpieza de 60 km\/h, dependiendo del nivel y la densidad de la nieve.<\/p>\n<h3>Construcci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p>Las barredoras de chorro est\u00e1n disponibles c\u00f3mo m\u00e1quinas remolcadas (TJS) o como unidades compactas (TJS\/TJS-C). Las barredoras a chorro TJS remolcadas constan de tres componentes. el veh\u00edculo remolcador, el bastidor de soporte y el veh\u00edculo posterior. El veh\u00edculo remolcador de tracci\u00f3n a las cuatro ruedas acomoda la cuchilla quitanieves montada en su parte delantera. La unidad de conexi\u00f3n est\u00e1 situada en el extremo delantero del bastidor de soporte. Esta establece la conexi\u00f3n con el veh\u00edculo de remolque. Dos sistemas de acoplamiento permiten dos variantes de la m\u00e1quina: semirremolque y remolque.<br \/>\nLas barredoras a chorro TJS-C est\u00e1n formadas por una unidad de potencia, un bastidor de soporte y un veh\u00edculo posterior, que forman una unidad s\u00f3lida y compacta. La cuchilla quitanieves montada en la parte delantera est\u00e1 unida a la unidad de potencia. En las variantes TJS y TJS-C, el cepillo giratorio accionado hidr\u00e1ulicamente est\u00e1 unido a la parte inferior del bastidor de soporte. El cepillo giratorio est\u00e1 bloqueado en la posici\u00f3n longitudinal durante el tr\u00e1nsito. El cepillo giratorio y el soplador se pueden sincronizar con el tr\u00e1nsito y la posici\u00f3n de trabajo desde la cabina del conductor con s\u00f3lo pulsar un bot\u00f3n. Tanto el soplador como el motor de accionamiento del soplador y el cepillo giratorio est\u00e1n situados en la parte trasera del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<h3>Salida completa<\/h3>\n<p>Las barredoras pueden usarse solas o en combinaci\u00f3n con otras barredoras de chorro. La direcci\u00f3n del eje posterior junto con el control autom\u00e1tico de localizaci\u00f3n garantizan un elevado grado de maniobravilidad. Las ruedas orientables dobles controladas hidr\u00e1ulicamente regulan sistem\u00e1ticamente el ajuste autom\u00e1tico de nivel de barrido continuo del cepillo giratorio. El cepillo giratorio se encuentra suspendido de tal forma que descansa sobre la superficie a limpiar con independencia del movimiento del veh\u00edculo y de los desniveles del terreno. La velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n del cepillo se ajusta autom\u00e1ticamente a la velocidad de conducci\u00f3n durante la operaci\u00f3n. La velocidad de giro real del cepillo se muestra en la pantalla del panel de control.
