Pulverizador de aeropuerto<\/h3>\n

El ASPT es sobre todo ideal para su empleo en toda la infraestructura aeroportuaria de aeropuertos peque\u00f1os. La m\u00e1quina suministra el l\u00edquido descongelante con una dosificaci\u00f3n muy precisa a trav\u00e9s de boquillas de pulverizaci\u00f3n. La m\u00e1quina de pulverizaci\u00f3n montada en remolque puede ser remolcada simplemente por cualquier tractor disponible localmente.<\/p>\n

Construcci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda<\/h3>\n

El ASPT consta de tres componentes: La carrocer\u00eda del veh\u00edculo incluye un dep\u00f3sito para transporte de l\u00edquidos fabricado en polietileno y la unidad de accionamiento, dos brazos de pulverizaci\u00f3n montados lateralmente y equipados con boquillas especiales de pulverizaci\u00f3n y una barra de pulverizaci\u00f3n montada en la parte posterior con boquillas de pulverizaci\u00f3n. Las boquillas de inyecci\u00f3n de aire son de alta calidad y est\u00e1n dispuestas en una sola l\u00ednea. Los brazos de pulverizaci\u00f3n se pueden extender manualmente. Toda la m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 revestida con una protecci\u00f3n contra la corrosi\u00f3n desarrollada espec\u00edficamente. Todos los tubos pulverizadores est\u00e1n fabricados en acero inoxidable.<\/p>\n

Aplicaciones<\/h3>\n

El ASPT se puede utilizar tanto en tareas de descongelaci\u00f3n como para evitar la formaci\u00f3n de hielo y dispone de una velocidad de funcionamiento fija. Cuando se extienden los brazos de pulverizaci\u00f3n, se logra una anchura de pulverizaci\u00f3n de hasta 15 metros. La aplicaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido descongelante se lleva a cabo con elevada precisi\u00f3n y en la forma de un rociado denso. El sistema de bombeo a baja presi\u00f3n exclusivo de Schmidt, con sus boquillas de inyecci\u00f3n de aire, permite el empleo de una baja presi\u00f3n de pulverizaci\u00f3n. Adicionalmente, las boquillas de pulverizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n montadas a tan s\u00f3lo 500 mil\u00edmetros por encima del suelo y producen grandes gotas. Por este motivo, los remolinos se reducen al m\u00ednimo. Gracias a las boquillas situadas a corta distancia, se producen patrones de pulverizaci\u00f3n superpuestos. La densidad del rociado se puede ajustar utilizando una palanca en la m\u00e1quina de pulverizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
