Con una anchura operativa de 2400 mm y una densidad de campo de unos 300 gauss, recoge de forma fiable objetos de metal a una distancia hasta el suelo aproximada de 100 mm.<\/p>\n<h3>Construcci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p>La PMB est\u00e1 formada por cuatro componentes: el sistema de imanes con su cubierta superior, dos paralelogramos con cilindros de elevaci\u00f3n \/ descenso, y tambi\u00e9n una placa de montaje. El sistema de imanes de la PMB 2400 es potente y muy f\u00e1cil de manejar. Los campos magn\u00e9ticos m\u00e1s fuertes se dirigen hacia abajo, mientras que los campos magn\u00e9ticos hacia los lados y hacia arriba son considerablemente m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles. Esto garantiza el estricto cumplimiento de los l\u00edmites de restricci\u00f3n del campo magn\u00e9tico para la protecci\u00f3n de las personas. Dos ruedas pivotantes gu\u00edan suavemente la barra magn\u00e9tica permanente sobre la superficie de la calzada. Se desarrollaron para su montaje frontal en veh\u00edculos transportadores medios y grandes. Ello las hace especialmente apropiadas para la barredora de aeropuertos AS 990, por ejemplo. La barra magn\u00e9tica permanente se monta sobre la placa de montaje del veh\u00edculo transportador con un dispositivo de cambio r\u00e1pido. Esto significa que se puede montar o desmontar en pocos minutos. El montaje en placas de montaje en veh\u00edculos de tama\u00f1o 3 \u00f3 5 no plantea problemas.<\/p>\n<h3>En funcionamiento<\/h3>\n<p>La distancia operativa con el suelo es de unos 100 mm. La densidad de flujo de la barra magn\u00e9tica alcanza los 300 gauss. Con su fuerza magn\u00e9tica recoge de forma fiable los t\u00edpicos objetos de metal dispersos, como clavos, tornillos, pernos y fragmentos de clavijas de pistas, rutas de taxis y plataformas de aeropuertos. Los objetos met\u00e1licos son atra\u00eddos y se quedan colgando del lado inferior de la barra magn\u00e9tica de acero inoxidable cuando la PMB circula sobre ellos. Esto impide que los objetos entren en contacto directo con el im\u00e1n. La barra de acero inoxidable no es magnetizable, pero las l\u00edneas del campo magn\u00e9tico la atraviesan f\u00e1cilmente. El sistema electrohidr\u00e1ulico independiente del veh\u00edculo puede elevar hidr\u00e1ulicamente la barra magn\u00e9tica. La posici\u00f3n de transporte se consigue con los cilindros de elevaci\u00f3n \/ descenso. La distancia hasta el suelo durante el transporte depende de cada veh\u00edculo transportador. En la posici\u00f3n de transporte la barra de acero inoxidable se puede girar hacia abajo separ\u00e1ndola del im\u00e1n. De este modo los objetos extra\u00f1os situados en el lado inferior de la barra de acero inoxidable se escapan de la tracci\u00f3n del im\u00e1n y caen al suelo. Despu\u00e9s se pueden depositar en la zona de gesti\u00f3n de residuos del aeropuerto.
