La app fue desarrollara a trav\u00e9s de una colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Laboratorio Nacional de Tormentas Severas del NOAA (National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration) y el Instituto Cooperativo para Estudios Meteorol\u00f3gicos a Mesoescala de Universidad de Oklahoma (CIMMS por su sigla en ingl\u00e9s), permitiendo a los usuarios subir observaciones meteorol\u00f3gicas de forma an\u00f3nima y ver los reportes de otras personas alrededor del mundo, en dispositivos iOS y Android.
