  • Hydraulic pressures’ measurement.
  • Right and left drive pumps’ pressure.
  • Checking of servos in transfer pumps, with tester.
  • Servos test.
  • Accessories’ pump pressure.
  • Brake pump pressure.
  • Third pump pressure.
  • Adjustment of pressures when appropriate.

* PB equipment must be operational.

* The pressure setting can only be done if the components or pumps are in good condition.

3.5 Hours / 2 Technicians

  • PB Winch Hydraulic pressure measure.
  • Right and left drive pump pressure.
  • Checking of servos in transfer pumps, with tester.
  • Servos test.
  • Accessory pump pressure.
  • Brake pump pressure.
  • Third pump pressure.General winch pressures.
  • Adjustment of pressures when appropriate.

* PB equipment must be operational.

* The pressure setting can only be done if the components or pumps are in good condition.

5 Hours / 2 Technicians

  • PB check with scanner (reference value: 7UF per machine).
  • The equipment must first be brought to working temperature.
  • The check consists of a reading of the control units (PLD/ADM) of the machine.
  • It will detect any existing and/or stored error.
  • The errors will be saved, and a report will be sent.
  • It includes the relative compression of the motor, according to data provided by the motor sensors and other parameters.

* Scanner service for Mercedes and Cummings engines.

25 to 45 Minutes per machine, 1 Technician

  • Compression check with compress meter (manometer) on each engine cylinder.
  • Equipment must be operational (Detroit and Mercedes).

4 Hours, 2 Technicians

  • Checking of wheels, hubs, axles, torsion bars.

* The machine must be mounted on supports and without tracks.

* No short axles and/or shafts will be disassembled. It is only a visual inspection.

5 Minutes, 2 Technicians

  • Revision and replacement (where applicable) of rollers, hubs, axles and torsion bars.
  • Includes internal hub and axle components overhaul if damaged.
  • Change or cleaning of wheel hubs and bearings.
  • Grease and assembly of hubs.

* Does not include spare parts or supplies.

* Equipment must be suspended and without tracks.

* Customer must provide air compressor and hydraulic press.

14 hours, 2 Technicians.

  • Change of the tensioning axle bushings.
  • Must have enough space available for changing the bushings.
  • We need the equivalent of one machine, per side.

* Spare parts and supplies not included.
* Machine must be mounted on supports and without tracks.

6 Hours, 2 Technicians.

  • Winch cable replacement and sensors adjustment.
  • Customer must have a spool carrier and machinery to lift and/or change new spool.

* We need a power outlet nearby to perform welding work.
* Machine must be operational.
* Does not include winch fluid change.

9 Hours, 2 Technicians.

  • Checking and repair of planetary (at Telemet workshop in Santiago).
  • Both planetary will be disassembled and checked for internal damage, brake discs, “o” rings, bearings and gears.

* Checking the Planetary requires the use and/or replacement of spare parts that must be purchased by the Customer.
* Does not include spare parts or supplies.
* Valid for two (2) planetary.
* It does not include disassembling or reinstalling the planetary onto the PB unit.

9 Hours, 2 Technicians.

  • Checking and repair of planetary (at Customer’s workshop).
  • Disassembling of both planetary of the PB unit.
  • Both planetary will be disassembled and checked for internal damage, brake discs,
    “o” rings, bearings and gears.
  • Installation of Planetary on PB machine.

* Machine must be suspended and without tracks
* The Customer must provide a hydraulic press
* Customer support is needed to raise the planetary.
* Reviewing the Planetary requires the use and/or replacement of spare parts that should be purchased by the Customer.
* Does not include spare parts or supplies.
* Valid for two (2) planetary.

18 Hours, 2 Technicians

Work done according to PistenBully equipment maintenance guidelines.

Supplies and spare parts not included.

To perform work according to the times indicated, it is necessary that:

* Equipment is clean.
* Perform the maintenance work with machinery mounted on LifTrack or appropriate supports, or from a pit.
* Adequate work area.
* Hours of work indicated are referential.
* Shown working times do not include repairs or works that are not detailed, under each option.
