Kodiak Northwest offers the full hydrostatic model snow blower. Both the chassis and the blower head are powered by hydrostatic components. The blower head is a two-stage infinitely variable and reversible hydrostatic drive. The unit incorporates carrier drive load sensing and a head float system. Digital steering provides, front-wheel steer, rear-steer, crab steer and coordinate steer. All steering can be off the steering wheel or rear-steer from a joystick. All position sensors are inside the steering rams to prevent icing and impact damage. All shifting can be accomplished while in motion. Safety factors limit steering options to fewer than fifteen miles per hour.
