The multi-bladed TARRON series of snow ploughs are especially designed for highly demanding snow clearance and are ideally suited for removing large snow masses in alpine regions. They are robustly built and fitted with an excellent deviation system.

Flexible and Strong

For the Tarron series of snow ploughs, even hard-packed and icy snow are no problem. They have a blade angle of 25° on the cutting edge, a streamline blade form which is raised on the outer sides and they are robustly constructed. Each blade section is equipped with four rigid links for optimal guiding. With the shock absorber mount, the blade sections can avoid obstacles and prevent damage occurring. After driving over obstacles, a strong blade retaining spring returns the sections back to the clearing position, ensuring optimal adaptation to the road surface.

Quiet and Ready for Action

The torsion resistant links are housed in mounts fitted with polyurethane pushings. These, together with the polymer blade stops on each blade section, both contribute to noise-reduction. The kerb deflector prevents the plough from scraping against kerbs and edges when clearing inner-city areas. A shock absorber mount between the cutting edge and the plough absorbs all the tractive force.

Safe and Easy

The two double active swivel cylinders provide increased force for changing sides even during operation. Backlash-free, they secure the Tarron in the selected clearing position. The patented snow plough lifting system enables the tension free lifting and lowering of the plough. The equipment mounting plate is height adjustable, which makes it possible to optimally position the Tarron range on various vehicle mounting plates. The polyurethane snow dust protector is elastic and due to its patented gap covering, prevents the snow slush from forcing its way between the blades. Each of the outer blades can be raised.
